A 2 Hours of picnic time, a low picnic table, rug/blanket, pillow seating, charger/placemat, plate, napkins, cutlery, drinkware, dried floral arrangements, candles, portable speaker, card games, and a custom letter board, and your choice of a teepee or over-the-table rod (balloons are not included)

During the duration of your event, the client agrees to care in caring for all inventory. It’s the client's responsibility for ALL lost, stolen or damaged equipment. You will be charged the price value if any of these occur.
Additionally, do not under any circumstances leave your event unattended. If you would like to leave your event early, please message or call us at 804-334-3634 ,15 mins prior to when you would like to leave, and we will return promptly.
We do not permit the use of any open-flame candles at our picnics, and we are not liable for any consequences of live fire.
It’s the client’s responsibility to inform Celebrate It All of any food, fabric, fragrance or any other known allergies.
Celebrate It All will not reschedule or refund you. Please remind your party to be on time.

The optimal time to secure your reservation is as soon as possible. For picnics accommodating 2 to 30 guests, we will endeavor to accommodate last-minute requests (within 24 to 72 hours). For larger gatherings exceeding 30 guests, we recommend booking at least 10 to 14 days in advance.

Celebrate It All is based in the Texas Hill country region, our main location is located in Fredericksburg and our secondary home is San Antonio. We offer picnic services in the surrounding areas.

For the picnic package, at this time we can accommodate a maximum of 20 guests. If you'd like to host a larger event, please reach out to us for a quote on a custom package.

Our picnics are two hours long. We arrive thirty minutes before your booking time to set up and ensure your picnic is perfect. If you need more time, you can add an additional hour of fun for $50 at checkout. If you’re headed out before your two hours are up, please contact us 20 minutes before you leave so we can return the picnic area.

We can set up our services in lots of cool places. Some popular spots are wineries,parks, hotel rooms, and even private spaces like backyards or living rooms. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll help you find the perfect spot!

However, we have partnered with other businesses as food vendor options for your picnic! Simply let us know if you would like to place an order with one of our vendors and we can have your food delivered to your picnic (delivery fees may apply). It’s the client’s responsibility to inform us of any food allergies, including nuts, berries, flowers, fabrics, and other potential allergens.

For the luxury picnics, you will only need to throw away your personal trash in a waste basket that is provided. Please leave all of the items provided by Celebrate It All for us to clean up.

Want more time no problem. We will be glad to accommodate you while the picnic is ongoing. There will be a $35 fee for 1/2 hour and $50 an extra hour.

Your picnic will begin at the time that it is scheduled and will end at its scheduled time, regardless of whether your party has arrived. Therefore, you will be given a 10-minute grace period (upon your appointment start time) to communicate with us. We will stay at your picnic location until 10 minutes after and have the right to pack up and leave if there is no communication. We will not extend your event time due to your tardiness. You are responsible for keeping up your contact information up to date with us, please contact us by phone or text: 804-334-3634.

We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise. While we do not provide refunds, we offer the flexibility of altering your reservation time or date upon receipt of a 48-hour advance notice. You are entitled to reschedule your booking within a six-month timeframe, subject to availability.

Given the unpredictable nature of Texas weather, it is imperative that we closely monitor the forecast. This will enable us to make a decision 24 hours prior to our picnic, whether to relocate indoors (utilizing the living room setup) or reschedule the event.

While we cherish our furry companions, our homes are equipped with numerous glassware and delicate items. Therefore, it is advisable to host your luxury picnic exclusively with guests to minimize the risk of accidents.
Home Setups: We understand the excitement and curiosity your dogs or cats may exhibit when a new person arrives. To ensure the safety of your pet while our team diligently works, kindly maintain a safe distance.
