Frequently Asked Questions

  • During your event, the client assumes full responsibility for the care of all inventory and equipment. The client will be held liable for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged and will be charged the full replacement value. Shoes must be removed at all times while on the decor/picnic setup.

    Additionally, do not under any circumstances leave your event unattended. If you would like to leave your event early, please message or call us at 804-334-3634 ,15 mins prior to when you would like to leave, and we will return promptly.

    We do not permit the use of any open-flame candles at our picnics, and we are not liable for any consequences of live fire.

    It’s the client’s responsibility to inform Celebrate It All of any food, fabric, fragrance or any other known allergies.

    Celebrate It All will not reschedule or refund you. Please remind your party to be on time.

  • We recommend securing your reservation as soon as possible. For picnics of 2 to 25 guests, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests within 24 to 72 hours. For larger gatherings of 30+ guests, we recommend booking at least 10 to 14 days in advance.

  • For the picnic package, at this time we can accommodate a maximum of 25 guests. If you'd like to host a larger event, please reach out to us for a quote on a custom package.

  • Our picnic experiences are 2 hours, depending on your package. We arrive 30 minutes before your booking time to set up and ensure everything is perfect. Need more time? You can add an additional hour for $50 at checkout. If you plan to leave early, please contact us 20 minutes prior so we can return to break down the picnic area.

    We’ve partnered with amazing local businesses to offer food options for your picnic! Just let us know if you’d like to place an order with one of our preferred vendors, and we can have it delivered directly to your picnic — delivery fees may apply. Please be sure to inform us of any food allergies or sensitivities, including nuts, berries, flowers, fabrics, and other potential allergens.

  • For our luxury picnics, all you need to do is toss your personal trash in the waste basket provided. Please leave all items provided by Celebrate It All for us to clean up.

  • Your picnic will begin at the time that it is scheduled and will end at its scheduled time, regardless of whether your party has arrived. Therefore, you will be given a 10-minute grace period (upon your appointment start time) to communicate with us. We will stay at your picnic location until 10 minutes after and have the right to pack up and leave if there is no communication. We will not extend your event time due to your tardiness. You are responsible for keeping up your contact information up to date with us, please contact us by phone or text: 804-334-3634.

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. However, we do NOT provide refunds under any circumstances. We will allow you to alter your reservation time or date ONLY if you provide at least 48 hours advance notice. Rescheduled bookings must be redeemed within six months and are subject to availability. No exceptions.

    Due to unpredictable Texas weather, we closely monitor the forecast and will make a decision 24 hours prior to your picnic on whether to relocate indoors to a living room setup or reschedule your event.

  • While we absolutely adore furry companions, our setups include glassware and delicate items. To minimize the risk of accidents, we kindly ask that luxury picnics be enjoyed with guests only.

    Home Setups: We know how exciting it can be when someone new arrives — your pets may be curious! For their safety while our team is setting up, we kindly ask that you keep pets at a safe distance.
