Welcome to Celebrate It All TX! We appreciate the opportunity to be part of your special celebrations. Please review the following Terms & Conditions before booking our services.

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due at least 72 hours (3 calendar days) before your scheduled service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to celebratewithme.tx@gmail.com. The initial 50% booking deposit is nonrefundable. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of payments, subject to applicable law.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled event and are subject to availability and approval. Approved rescheduled services must take place within six months of the original event date. Additional charges may apply.

4. Food, Catering & Vendor Expenses

Clients are responsible for authorized purchases and vendor expenses, including cakes, catering, food, groceries, florals, and customized orders. Last-minute cancellations do not eliminate responsibility for expenses already incurred, prepared, or committed on the client's behalf. Refunds are subject to individual vendor policies.

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Clients must disclose all known food allergies, dietary restrictions, and relevant sensitivities before services are arranged. Celebrate It All TX cannot guarantee that food or products are free from allergens or cross-contamination. Clients are responsible for verifying ingredients and communicating restrictions to applicable vendors.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event details, guest counts, access instructions, and any required permissions from hotels, Airbnb hosts, venues, or property owners. Changes to approved services, designs, or event details may result in additional charges.

7. Décor & Weather

Décor, florals, and materials may vary based on availability. Inspiration photos are provided as design references and do not guarantee exact replicas. Outdoor installations may be modified, relocated, or postponed due to unsafe weather conditions.

8. Third-Party Vendors

Celebrate It All TX may coordinate independent vendors as part of concierge and event services. Vendor availability, performance, pricing, cancellations, and refunds are subject to each vendor's individual policies. Clients remain responsible for authorized vendor expenses.

9. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By booking services or submitting payment, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with any additional service agreement or booking details provided by Celebrate It All TX.

Celebrate It All TX reserves the right to decline services when necessary, subject to applicable law.
