Things you should know:

YOU MUST CHECK INTO THE AIR BNB BEFORE WE SET UP.

YOU MUST CONTACT THE LOCATION FOR PERMISSION FOR US TO DECORATE.

Clients are responsible for their room reservations & giving us access codes

All bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. This will allow us to order materials. We will not offer last-minute room décor as a result of the possibility of inventory shortages. If a reservation is made within a week of the arrival date, it will not be approved unless the manager authorizes it.

We only offer our services to Residential and Air BnB guests. The client must have approval from Air BnB management for room decorating. We will contact the location for confirmation. It is possible to obtain next-day clean-up for an additional fee of $50.00

A 50 % deposit is non-refundable.

Your remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to arrival. Once your deposit has been sent and received, we will confirm your setup by sending a correspondence email and an invoice that will require a signature. An invoice will be sent to you with a detailed description of our package and any additional upgrades made by the customer.

If you need to cancel, we will not issue a refund however if you need to reschedule, please submit it in writing. There is a redemption period of three months from the date of rescheduling and a deadline of one week to submit a written request for a new date.

There will be no refunds and no expectations. It is our goal at Celebrate It All to achieve perfection to the best of our ability.
